Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These terms govern the purchase of a curated travel dossier from Iberian Family Concierge. Please read section 4 carefully: it concerns your statutory right of withdrawal.

1. What you are buying

A research and curation service, delivered digitally as a private dossier: vetted accommodation options with room-level advice, accessibility and transfer logistics, a daily plan where included in your tier, dining guidance, and pediatric and emergency reference contacts.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator or package organiser. We do not make bookings in your name, we do not hold client funds, and we do not resell accommodation. You book and pay every supplier directly.

2. Delivery and revisions

Essential Dossier: delivered within 4 working days of a complete intake, with 1 revision round. Complete Family Itinerary: 2 revision rounds. Revision requests should be sent within 14 days of delivery.

3. Rates, availability and third parties

Rates and availability are verified on the date stated in your dossier. Hospitality providers use dynamic pricing and inventory can change hourly; early reservation is recommended.

Recommendations reflect our professional assessment at the time of vetting. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing changes or service standards of third-party suppliers.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days) and waiver

As a consumer purchasing a service at distance you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.

Because curation is customised work that begins immediately, we ask you to request immediate performance and to acknowledge the waiver of that right at checkout. Once you have done so and preparation has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost and the fee is non-refundable.

If preparation has not yet begun, contact us and we will refund in full.

5. Medical and safety disclaimer

Pediatric clinics, pharmacies and emergency contacts are provided as a convenience reference and are not medical advice. In any emergency in Portugal or Spain, call 112.

6. Liability and governing law

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fee you paid, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
